- Establish yourself as subject-matter expert on the products you launch, best practices in the industry, and our competitors
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Define KPIs that keep decisions data-informed and tied to our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate often with our design team, working together to think through and complete UX flows, wireframes, and design iterations
- Work closely with engineers to scope and prioritize project work and build out project requirements, establish timelines and ensure all project deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Be data driven – always keep your metrics and measurement in mind. Wherever possible, use data to inform and strengthen your argument.
- Good business judgment when making decisions and understanding the relevance/impact of each decision on the strategic direction of the team and the business
- 7+ years in a dynamic product management role
- Previous experience in SaaS enterprise products
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical aspects of potential technology integrations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, in both Hebrew and English
- Familiar with working in agile methodologies
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- A fast learner that can understand complex Web Systems including APIs, LMS, and more
- Familiar with EdTech industry-bonus
