Chief Operating Officer

Daniella Lehavi, the leading Israeli handbag & shoe brand, is seeking a Business Operations & Project Manager to support the company’s growth and operations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects, coordinate between teams, and contribute to the brand’s ongoing success.

• Forecasting & Financials: Assist in preparing reports and analyzing financial data to support decision-making and business planning.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, providing support across various business functions.
• Performance & Sales Oversight: Monitor company performance, including sales trends and P&L analysis, to help optimize business strategies.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Talent & Recruitment: Review incoming CVs, conduct interviews, and support the hiring process to bring in top talent.
• Special Projects & Brand Collaborations: Lead and support unique projects related to fashion, partnerships, and brand initiatives.

• Strong analytical and technical approach to problem-solving.
• High-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Proven managerial experience, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in operations, project management, or business coordination.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Background in retail, fashion, or luxury brands is an advantage.
