R&D MANAGER

Are you an experienced R&D Manager with a strong background in system architecture, design, and leadership? Do you have a passion for growing and mentoring developers, while still being hands-on enough to conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Leading and growing a team of developers, including recruitment, mentorship, and professional development.

🔹 Designing and defining system architecture and infrastructure requirements.

🔹 Working on critical operational systems across web and mobile platforms.

🔹 Providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality development standards.

🔹 Driving the adoption of best practices in software development, DevOps, and automation.

What You Bring:

✅ 10+ years of hands-on experience in development, including at least 2 years of leading developers.

✅ Expert-level Python skills, specializing in backend development with complex business logic.

✅ Proven experience with RESTful API design and backend architecture.

✅ Strong knowledge of Linux, Containers, Microservices, and automation.

✅ Experience working with various interfaces, integrations, and infrastructure requirements.

✅ System Architecture expertise: Design, deployment, and integration in complex environments such as API Gateway, Proxy, WAF, Content Filters, Cloud & On-Prem.

✅ Frontend knowledge (Vue.js/React, JavaScript) – an advantage but not a must.

✅ Experience in project management and working in fast-paced environments.

✅ Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) – advantage.

📍 Reporting directly to the CEO.
