Head of Research And Development

Are you a seasoned R&D leader with a passion for medical device innovation? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of R&D to join our team in Caesarea.

In this role, you will

• :Lead and Manage: Oversee all research, development, and design activities, fostering a culture of innovation within your team
• .Drive Projects: Define and manage R&D projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies and regulatory standards
• .Provide Technical Leadership: Guide design, verification, and validation processes for products and components
• .Support Operations: Lead R&D involvement in DFM, NPI, and manufacturing scalability
• .Develop IP: Identify and pursue new Intellectual Property initiatives
• .Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Clinical, Marketing, and more
• .Analyze Competition: Monitor and provide insights on competing products and technologies
• .Support Clinical/Commercial Activities: Assist in clinical studies and commercial activities
• .Ensure Compliance: Participate in MRB, CAPA, Risk Management, and other compliance activities

Qualification

• s:Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in medical device product developmen
• t.Experience in transferring products to production and commercializatio
• n.Strongly preferred experience with Implants, Nitinol, and delivery system
• s.Clinical and research expertise in cardiovascular or structural heart disciplines is a plu
• s.Experience in startup and corporate environments preferre
