IT Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead our company's technology and cybersecurity operations. This role focuses on establishing IT infrastructure, implementing security policies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The IT Manager will be responsible for provisioning and maintaining IT assets, selecting and implementing software, and ensuring operational efficiency. Strong CISO-related expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and data protection is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Setup: Build and maintain IT systems, including provisioning computers, setting up networks, and managing IT assets.
• SAP Management and Optimization: Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and support of SAP within the company's operations, ensuring it aligns with business needs and financial processes.
• Cybersecurity & CISO Responsibilities: Lead security strategy, enforce policies, monitor threats, manage risk, ensure compliance, and oversee incident response.
• Financial Systems Oversight: Optimize financial IT systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP for compliance, reporting, and efficiency.
• Software Implementation: Select, deploy, and manage essential business software, including ERP systems, with a primary focus on SAP (NetSuite is an advantage).
• Hands-on IT Support: Troubleshoot issues, ensure system reliability, and provide technical assistance.
• Strategic Planning: Develop IT roadmaps that align with business goals, with SAP as a key component of business operations.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Oversee IT expenses, negotiate contracts, and manage third-party vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience: IT management experience in a small or growing business, with expertise in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and financial systems.
• SAP Expertise: Proven experience managing and optimizing SAP, including configuration, integration with financial systems, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• CISO Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessment, data protection, compliance, and security best practices.
• Technical Proficiency: IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, security policies, and ERP systems (SAP required, NetSuite is an advantage).
• Hands-on Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Project Management: Experience managing IT and security projects, including SAP upgrades and system improvements.
• Communication: Ability to convey technical, security, and SAP-related concepts to all stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate, CISSP, CISM, CEH, PMP, ITIL, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in a fast-paced business environment requiring agility and resourcefulness.
