Quality Assurance Team Lead

QA Team Leader

We are looking for a skilled and experienced QA Team Leader to join our team and take the lead in our quality assurance efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of QA testers, developing and implementing testing processes, and ensuring the quality of our products. In this role, you will oversee the testing process, ensure issues are addressed, and continuously improve quality assurance practices. If you have experience leading teams, working with automation testing tools, and collaborating across teams, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in QA, including team leadership.

Strong and solid knowledge of software testing methodologies

Proven experience and deep knowledge in writing testing documents and reviews (STP, STD, STR, ATP, ATR, TRR)

Practical experience in agile software development methodology

Technical approach to modern technology (specifically in mobile systems- Android, IOS)

Strong communication skills

Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TFS)
