A recognized food manufacturing company in the Netanya area is looking for a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and drive efficiency. This is a full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, 7:00-16:00 + overtime as needed, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

✔ Manage 30-40 employees in relevant production departments.

✔ Develop, implement, and ensure production plans meet company goals.

✔ Oversee and enforce quality assurance procedures in manufacturing.

✔ Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols.

✔ Address non-conformance reports and take corrective action.

✔ Participate in new product integration meetings for production implementation.

✔ Order raw materials and packaging supplies, ensuring efficient inventory management.

✔ Handle maintenance issues and troubleshoot technical failures.

✔ Manage cleaning and sanitation programs within the production process.

🔹 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management.

🔹 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

🔹 Proven experience managing production teams – both supervisors and factory workers.
