DevOps Engineer

An Israeli high-tech company in the DevSecOps and MLOps space has developed a platform — a single application that brings together all the essential solutions for efficient, secure, and fast software development, providing a holistic solution for their customers. The platform includes products for CI/CD process optimization, security, IoT, and MLOps.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, near a train line, and operates in a hybrid work model with two remote workdays per week. They have approximately 1,800 employees globally across 11 sites worldwide, with the main R&D center located in Israel.

With over 7,500 customers, the company serves some of the biggest brands in the Fortune 100.

The role:

• Part of a team of 5, reporting to a Team Lead. This is a development-oriented role, working mainly in Python.
• The team develops internal tools for the entire company in the CI space.
• They are currently transitioning from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and are building the infrastructure from scratch.
• The role includes full E2E ownership — leading processes, design, implementation, and requirements gathering.
• The work also involves all cloud environments and Kubernetes.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Development experience in Python
• Significant experience with CI processes
• Strong advantage for experience with GitHub Actions
• Experience working with Cloud environments
• Experience working in product companies
