Accounts Payable Bookeper

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and recording vendor invoices, with a particular focus on processing numerous and significant payments across multiple currencies and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate recording of invoices from both local and international vendors, with careful attention to currency differences.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Set up and maintain new vendor accounts.
• Record journal entries, including intercompany transactions.
• Manage and process payments across different countries and currencies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  
  

• Full-time hybrid position with willingness to work overtime.
• Available to work on Mondays and Tuesdays until 18:00.
• Education or professional training in bookkeeping (Level 1+2) – Required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable – Advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Excel – Required.
• Experience with Priority Software – Advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong team player with collaborative skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
