Mobile Engineer

A startup company in the SaaS and online space is developing a SaaS platform that allows businesses of all sizes to launch their own branded internal mobile applications.

The app enables managers to communicate directly with every employee, with visibility into which employees have read messages or watched videos. For employees, the app provides tools to automate tasks that were previously done manually, significantly improving efficiency and saving time and resources. It also gives them full access to company documents and information that were previously unavailable to them.

The company has raised a total of $150 million from well-known global funds and currently has over 20,000 clients across 80 countries, including Israel, Europe, and North America.

Located near a train station in Tel Aviv, the company offers a flexible hybrid work model with regular work-from-home days.

About the role -

• Joining the company's infrastructure team, which consists of 4 people, working in a squad-based setup.
• You will be the sole mobile developer in the team, working on multiple products across the company.
• The role involves working on infrastructure projects, building architecture, providing technical mentoring, and helping to build optimal systems.
• The tech stack includes iOS, Android, React Native, CI/CD, Swift, Kotlin, REST APIs, Python, Jenkins, and Ansible. React Native experience is not required, but it will be part of the role.

Requirements-

• Proficient in native mobile development (iOS: Swift; Android: Kotlin).
• Experience with mobile app distribution via App Store and Google Play.
• Experience with React native - Bonus.
• Leadership & Communication:
• Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and drive consensus across teams.
• Strong mentoring skills, with experience guiding developers in best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
