We are developing an Agentic AI engine that enables studios to automatically create data-driven, fully deployable content to enhance their business KPIs. This includes marketing content such as video and playable ads, as well as in-game features like mini-games, game levels, and more.
About the position:
Sett is looking for our first GTM Lead, who will be responsible for building and executing our go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You will be driving our sales efforts and establishing key relationships. You will lead the entire sales process from outreach to final close, ensuring our platform reaches the right customers and drives growth. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile games marketing and familiarity with Generative AI capabilities. Additionally, you will bring strong business development skills, building networks and partnerships that will support future market expansion.
This is a hands-on role where you will lead the entire sales process end-to-end - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our Product, Customer Success, Marketings team and founders to identify opportunities, establish relationships with top-tier gaming companies, and expand Sett’s footprint globally.
This position requires a strategic, hands on, smart and relationship-driven sales professional - someone who thrives in challenging B2B SaaS sales cycles, understands the gaming industry inside-out, and has a natural ability to build strong, long-term partnerships.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute a global go-to-market strategy to establish Sett as a leader in performance based marketing content creation for mobile games companies.
- Lead the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and outreach to closing deals with top-tier mobile games studios.
- Build and document scalable sales processes (CRM, pipeline management, reporting, and automation).
- Represent Sett at global industry events and conferences, leveraging networking opportunities to build key relationships.
- Establish partnerships and alliances that will drive market expansion.
Who you are:
- At least 4 years of experience in selling to mobile gaming CMOs and VPs of Marketing - in Sales or GTM roles within the mobile gaming industry - Must have.
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling high-performing sales development teams in a global environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of mobile games marketing.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- A process-driven operator – Strong experience with CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent English at a native level.
- Willing to travel frequently and open to relocation if needed.
