Role Description

This is a full-time role for an IT System Support specialist with at least one year of proven professional experience. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing system administration, and ensuring network security. The position is based in Kiryat Malachi.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• At least one year of practical experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the IT field in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet work schedules.
• Active Directory Expertise
• Knowledge of 365 domain environments - an advantage.
• Experience in service centers / support - a significant advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus such as courses in network management, cyber, knowledge of operating systems, network communications, CCNA / MCITP / MCSA
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Demands:

• System Management: Professional management of Windows and Windows Server systems.
• Backup & Restore: Using advanced solutions like Acronis and dealing with firmware and software failures.
• Implementation of new systems: Accompanying the implementation process from A to Z according to the organization's needs.
• Information Security: Implementing permissions and layers of protection for sensitive systems.
• Writing and executing tests: Test specifications, work procedures and performance of tests and validations for computerized systems according to GxP standards.
• Infrastructure upgrade: Replacing switches, dividing into VLANs, and upgrading hardware and operating systems.
• Data migration: Data transfers between old and new systems, virtualization, and system decommissioning.
• End-customer support: Users and all computing systems, working in a virtual environment, Domain environment, handling Outlook problems, server maintenance, Office 365, working with AD, backups (Acronis).
