Elbit Systems in Holon is looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our global presence and promoting cutting-edge solutions in the fields of electronic warfare, SIGINT, CUAS, and air defense systems

As Part Of The Role

Initiate, identify, and promote business opportunities in electronic warfare, SIGINT, CUAS, and air defense systems

Open new markets, promote solutions to customers, lead international systemic campaigns, and drive business processes

Create new business partnerships and strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners

Work integratively and coordinate efforts with multiple teams within the company, including sales, engineering and marketing

Requirements

Academic degree in engineering, economics, law, or a related field

MBA is a plus

Over 5 years of experience in sales or business development with security and government bodies in Israel and internationally

Operational background in electronic warfare, SIGINT, air defense systems, or ICT systems is an advantage

High interpersonal relations and communication skills

Very high level of English

Additional languages are a plus

Willingness to travel frequently abroad
