Subcontractor Planner

We are looking for a talented Subcontractor Planner to join our team in the security systems industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in planning, project management, and subcontractor coordination, with a proven track record in managing subcontractors, work materials, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing subcontractors.
• Overseeing work material management and work schedules.
• Coordinating and collaborating with subcontractors across Israel (North and South).
• Familiarity with warehouse and procurement processes.
• Ensuring proper configuration control and engineering processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree – mandatory.
• Proven experience of at least two years as a planner, production planner project manager, or subcontractor manager – mandatory.
• Experience working with subcontractors, managing materials, and work schedules – mandatory.
• Familiarity with warehouse and procurement processes – mandatory.
• Proficient in EXCEL and PRIORITY – mandatory.
• Knowledge of engineering processes and configuration control – mandatory.
• Willingness to travel for subcontractor visits throughout Israel, including North and South – mandatory.
• High proficiency in English.
• Russian language skills – advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
