Priority Project Manager

Contribution:

We are looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager to join our IT department and play a key role in managing technology projects within our core IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Priority (ERP) software and project management, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. This position reports to IT Manager.

Responsibilities /Ares of focus

• Lead projects from start to finish, meeting client needs and managing expectations throughout the process.
• Meet clients to gather requirements and write clear specifications.
• Implement solutions based on these specifications and manage the project lifecycle for timely delivery.
• Manage projects of varying sizes from initiation to completion.
• Oversee time management, resource allocation, and task prioritization for smooth project progress.
• Maintain strong client relationships and achieve successful outcomes.
• Define product and testing acceptance criteria.
• Provide guidance as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Manage a suite of agencies and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

Candidate Profile

• Expertise in Priority Software is required.
• 3 years of project management experience, including gathering requirements, process analysis, and implementing solutions is required.
• A strong background in logistics or finance is required.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Proactive and always focused on the company's objectives.
• Strong self-management skills, including time and resource management. You should identify issues before they escalate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Priority's REST API\Web SDK tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required.
