Bookkeeper

We are looking for a highly motivated top talent to join our finance team as a bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations Management: Oversee daily financial activities, including meticulous bookkeeping.
• Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Efficiently record bills, prepare and reconcile payments.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Handle invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Reconciliation Expertise: Conduct thorough bank and monthly credit card reconciliations.
• Month-End Closure: Skillfully prepare trial balances, generate reports, and compile materials for the monthly closing of company books.
• Ad-hoc Projects and General Finance Duties: Engage in various financial projects and general finance responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Analytical Prowess: Possess strong analytical abilities and excellent Excel skills.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Priority ERP system.
• Independent Working: Capable of working autonomously and efficiently under pressure.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Multitasking Ability: Skilled in prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working setting.
