Full Stack Squad Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead with expertise in frontend and backend development.

As the Full Stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading a squad of developers and driving the development of innovative, scalable, and high-quality Questar Telematics cloud solutions. Your role will encompass both hands-on coding and technical leadership, making you a key contributor to our organization's success.

Your D2D will include:

· Lead a Squad of developers in designing, developing, and delivering Web and mobile applications, and AWS-based services.

· Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development’ best practices.

· Facilitate Agile practices and collaborate closely with PM, DevOps, Firmware, Support, and Data Science Squads.

· Design and develop HTML and React-based Web applications.

· Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Python.

· Collaborate with data and machine learning engineers to integrate Lakehouse powered by Databricks.

· Ensure the quality, performance, and security of software applications by implementing best practices and conducting thorough testing.

· Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues on the backend, identifying and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

· Maintain documentation of architectural designs, development processes, and software configurations.

 Must Have:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers in a fast-paced Agile environment.

· Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React and Redux.

· Strong knowledge of website programming languages such as HTML, C#, CSS

· Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills; Experience with Python is an advantage.

· Knowledge of mobile app development

· Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest

· Experience with AWS backend development, including hands-on experience with Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, and other relevant services is an advantage.

· Experience Node.js, Python, and SQL Server.

· Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable applications.

Advantage:

· Understanding of different DB technologies

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
