The role combines both customer service and operational support, making a real impact on our service team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handling customer service requests for preventive and corrective maintenance.

✔ Opening and managing service calls.

✔ Analyzing and minimizing gaps between planned and actual service execution.

✔ Planning and monitoring work schedules in coordination with team leaders.

✔ Ensuring parts availability for technicians.

✔ Reviewing and documenting technician reports in the system.

✔ Monitoring service quality and performance.

✔ Managing returned customer equipment and ensuring its usability.

✔ Overseeing the maintenance and licensing of company vehicles.

✔ Managing technician uniforms and equipment orders.

✔ Analyzing and handling operational reports.

Requirements:

✅ 2+ years of experience in a similar role – required.

✅ Experience in scheduling and planning work for field technicians– required.

✅ Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

✅ Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office.

✅ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
