Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to streamline and optimize our organizational workflows, ensuring operational excellence while supporting our mission.

In this role, you will lead initiatives to refine operational processes, implement efficiencies, and adapt to technological advancements.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and sales teams—you will use data-driven insights to drive improvements, align operations with strategic goals, and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure seamless workflows and adherence to best practices.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient processes to improve performance, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Partner with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment between operational processes and business objectives.
• Leverage KPIs and advanced analytics to evaluate operational effectiveness, provide actionable insights, and inform decision-making.
• Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, budgets, and infrastructure, to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Stay informed about emerging tech trends and implement automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine strategies and adapt to changing conditions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar role within a digital or tech-driven company.
• Strong understanding of operations management, forecasting models, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday).
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management for insights-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and manage cross-functional interfaces.
• Proven ability to engage and align teams in a matrix structure, ensuring cooperation and achieving shared goals.
• BSc in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud environments, automation tools, or process automation software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and an understanding of product and engineering workflows.
