Abra is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our defense sales team – a dynamic professional with proven expertise in developing strategic sales opportunities across defense, government, and security sectors. We need a relationship-driven sales leader who can navigate complex technological solutions, engage with C-level executives, and drive business growth through innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full sales cycle management
• Develop strategic defense market opportunities
• Build relationships with key decision-makers
• Close complex enterprise deals

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MUST).

MBA – Advantage.

🔹 12+ years of proven success in technical sales with a specialized focus on defense customers (MUST).

🔹 Strong relationships with defense sector decision-makers, coupled with an in-depth understanding of their needs and strategic objectives.

🔹 Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a B2B/B2E environment.

🔹 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

🔹 Security Clearance Level 3 (MUST).

🔹 Fluent in Hebrew & English (Verbal & Written).

🔹 Expertise in Israeli defense regulations related to data security and IT sovereignty – Advantage.
