Recruiter

A leading financial organization is seeking a professional Recruiter Coordinator to manage recruitment processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process – from conducting telephone interviews and performing accurate candidate assessments to liaising with department managers to understand recruitment needs and define job profiles. Additionally, you will manage the entire process from posting job advertisements on social media to supporting candidates until contract signing.
