• Operational Excellence: Implement robust operational frameworks ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency across all business units.
• Advanced Data Analytics: Leverage sophisticated analytics to inform strategic decisions, enhance market intelligence, and optimize marketing and operational performance.
• Performance Marketing Leadership: Direct substantial digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI through advanced analytics, conversion optimization, funnel management, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic B2B Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and execute high-value strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and global distribution deals.
• Regulatory and Compliance Management: Proactively manage compliance and navigate complex international regulatory frameworks effectively.
• Global Operations Coordination: Oversee and optimize global supply chains, logistics, inventory management, and operational integration across multiple markets.

• Significantly increase operational efficiency and reduce operational costs within the first 6 months.
• Achieve targeted digital marketing ROI improvements through enhanced conversion rates and optimized budget allocation.
• Secure strategic B2B deals to support ambitious growth targets, notably in new and existing international markets.
• Implement comprehensive data analytics and reporting frameworks to drive informed, agile decision-making processes.
• Ensure flawless compliance across all regulated markets, minimizing risk and enhancing market entry agility.

• Proven Experience: 5-10 years as COO, VP Operations, Head of Operations, or a similar leadership role within highly regulated sectors (Cannabis, Nicotine, Pharmaceuticals, Technology).
• Performance Marketing Expert: Demonstrated expertise managing significant digital advertising budgets (>€1M/month), achieving high conversion rates, and scaling online businesses.
• Data-Driven Decision Maker: Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with advanced analytics tools, performance tracking systems, and optimization techniques.
• B2B Dealmaking Expertise: Extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and executing global partnerships, licensing agreements, and strategic alliances.
• Compliance & Regulatory Excellence: Track record of effectively managing compliance within stringent regulatory environments.
• Global Vision: Experienced in international operations management and comfortable with regular global travel.
