Location: Ramat Bet Shemesh, Israel

Are you a skilled telemarketer with a passion for sales? Ephoca is seeking motivated and experienced Telemarketing Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team! As part of our growth, you’ll be promoting and pitching our next-generation HVAC air conditioning solutions to hotels and office buildings across New York.

Job Details:

• Hours: US hours, Sunday to Thursday
• Shift: 15:00/16:00 - 23:00/24:00 (Israel time)
• Location: Office in Ramat Bet Shemesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting lead generation
• Making warm and cold calls to potential clients
• Pitching Ephoca’s cutting-edge HVAC solutions to decision-makers in hotels and office buildings
• Achieving sales goals and maintaining high performance

Requirements:

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a must
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated and driven to achieve targets
• Comfortable working US hours

Compensation:

• 80-100 NIS per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses
