Responsibilities

🔹 Manage vendor and customer accounts, including invoices and payments

🔹 Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

🔹 Process payroll and handle VAT reporting in Israel

🔹 Collaborate directly with tax authorities

🔹 Support month-end and year-end closings

🔹 Work with NetSuite ERP system

🔹 Partner with global teams for seamless operations

🔹 Drive improvements in financial processes and workflows

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Fluent English – A must!

✅ Certified Bookkeeper Level 2 or higher (Level 3 is a plus)

✅ 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a high-tech or global company

✅ Experience with NetSuite – A significant advantage

✅ Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting

✅ Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
