Nuvola is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to join our team and help us take our customer experience to the next level!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Leading and mentoring the customer service team

✅ Building processes to improve response times and customer satisfaction

✅ Troubleshooting complex technical issues and working closely with internal teams to find solutions

✅ Managing escalations and handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy

✅ Monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

⭐ Proven experience as a Customer Service Team Lead (or similar leadership role)

⭐ Strong technical understanding – you’re comfortable diving into the details

⭐ Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for customer success

⭐ Ability to manage difficult conversations and turn challenges into opportunities

⭐ Team player with strong communication and mentoring skills

⭐ Fluent in English (other languages – advantage)
