As part of our newest venture, LeapLoot, we are launching an innovative rewarded traffic platform, and we’re looking for a Head of Operations to take full ownership of building, optimizing, and leading its operations from the ground up. Responsibilities:

• Client and Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, developers, and partners, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects to meet client expectations.
• Operational Management: Take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring all processes align with company objectives, optimize workflows and implement effective systems to enhance efficiency.
• Strategic Execution: Plan and execute operational strategies to drive growth and scalability, identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions independently.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company to leverage shared resources and expertise, act as a key operational liaison between internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in rewarded traffic operations – mandatory.
• Strong background in ad tech, user acquisition, or mobile performance marketing.
• Strong organizational and operational skills with an independent work style.
