Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist

We are looking for a skilled SQA (Software Quality Assurance) specialist to ensure the quality of software throughout all stages of the product lifecycle—from the proposal phase to development and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the software development process from the proposal stage to project handover.
• Write, review, and perform software quality assurance tests.
• Review software project management documentation and ensure compliance with factory guidelines and contract requirements.
• Validate software development activities against specific criteria at each stage (e.g., documentation checks, test alignment with requirements).
• Conduct audits on software development processes and deliverables and engage in continuous process improvement.
• Participate in design reviews and define quality requirements at different levels of the project.
• Be involved in system design verification and validation processes.
• Report test results clearly and comprehensively.
• Utilize necessary testing and reporting tools as required.

Working Environment:

• This role will be performed onsite at the client’s facility (TAU), adhering to all security protocols and project guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered with a BA degree.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an SQA in multidisciplinary systems.
• Solid understanding of SW/HW interfaces.
• Experience with Windows/Linux environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as ClearCase, ClearQuest, QC, TFS, DOORS, etc.
• Systematic, organized, and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, team collaboration, assertiveness, and creativity.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing).
• Ability to learn independently and implement new technologies.
