Creative Manager

We’re looking for a Creative Manager to lead the creative direction of digital projects and marketing campaigns at our fast-growing creative agency. If you have the talent, vision, and expertise in storytelling, branding, and content creation in both Hebrew and English, this role is for you.

What’ll you do?

• Creative Leadership & Innovation
• Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire innovative approaches to content creation, branding, and campaigns
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to ensure content remains relevant and impactful
• Strategy and Branding
• Develop and execute branding strategies for startups, brands, and enterprises
• Work closely with designers to ensure creative consistency across all assets
• Content and Copywriting
• Write compelling copy and microcopy for websites, apps, social media, and more
• Develop content that aligns with brand voice, engages the target audience, and drives action
• Social Media and Marketing Campaigns
• Plan, develop, and manage creative social media and digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize content, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results

• Must-Have
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
• Proven ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling content
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media dynamics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Nice to Have
• Experience with SEO and content strategy
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, and campaign analytics
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma
