Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional AI Engineer to help build and optimize our next-generation autonomous cybersecurity agents. You will work at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and automation, developing cutting-edge machine-learning models that analyze threats, adapt in real-time, and operate autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

·     Analyse large amounts of data to discover trends and patterns

·     Apply data mining techniques, perform statistical analysis, and build high-quality prediction modeling

·     Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven cybersecurity models to detect, analyze, and mitigate threats.

·     Train proprietary extensions of LLMs and implement deep learning architectures.

·     Enhance autonomous decision-making capabilities for real-time threat response.

·     Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.

·     Collaborate with security researchers and data scientists to refine detection algorithms.

·     Work with engineering teams to integrate AI models into real-world cybersecurity applications.

·     Meet the business vision and strategy in accordance with the product innovation backlog.

Required Skills & Experience

·     M.Sc./Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

·     3+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or  AI/ML engineer (preferably in cybersecurity or related fields)

·     Strong proficiency in Python

·     Strong proficiency with common data science toolkits, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and more.

·     Experience with NLP, AI, ML  and LLMs

·     High-level applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, etc.

·     Experience in data mining and insight drawing from large data sets

·     Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threat intelligence, and network security

·     Familiarity with cloud-based AI infrastructure like Amazon Bedrock or an equivalent knowledge with Azure or GCP

·     Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

·     Experience in reinforcement learning and automated decision-making

·     Knowledge of cyber threat modeling, SOC operations, and adversarial AI
