You will work to develop the brand: Winpot.mx, the fastest growing Gambling site in Mexico. The group has 200 employees, between Mexico, Cyprus and Tel-Aviv and the marketing budget is in Millions USD

1️⃣ Media Buyer:

• Plan, launch, and optimize media buying campaigns (Programmatic, Display, Social, Native).
• Negotiate & manage deals with ad networks, DSPs, and publishers.
• Analyze CPM, CPA, ROAS, CTR and scale campaigns profitably.

✅ You bring: Strong negotiation skills, experience with high-budget gambling campaigns ($500K+ monthly), and expertise in media buying platforms.

2️⃣ PPC Manager

• Manage and scale Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok PPC campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize landing pages, and track conversions.
• Monitor ROI, ROAS, and CTR using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and AppsFlyer.

✅ You bring: Experience in Google Ads (Gambling compliance), retargeting, and audience segmentation.

3️⃣ Campaign Manager

• Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Social, Display, Native, Email, Video).
• Coordinate with creative teams, affiliate managers, and media buyers.
• A/B test offers, funnels, and creatives to maximize conversion rates.

✅ You bring: Strategic thinking, experience managing iGaming campaigns, and data-driven optimization skills.

4️⃣ Affiliate Manager

• Recruit, manage, and grow an affiliate network to drive high-quality traffic.
• Negotiate CPA, Rev-Share & Hybrid deals with top affiliates.
• Track performance and optimize affiliate partnerships.

✅ You bring: Strong relationship-building & sales skills, experience with HasOffers, Everflow, or Affilka, and an existing network of gambling affiliates.

🎯 2+ years proven experience in iGaming / Sports Betting / Casino

🎯 Expertise in one or more specializations (Media Buying, PPC, Campaign Management, Affiliate Marketing)

🎯 Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, BI, Excel, AppsFlyer, Voluum)

🎯 Ability to scale marketing campaigns while optimizing performance
