Silicom is seeking a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Creating your sales pipeline
• Exploring new opportunities with existing and new clients, both technically and commercially.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Travel internationally to meet customers at least one a month.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Deep understanding of hardware networking architectures.
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales position.
• Strong technical knowledge of the Networking, Cyber and Telecommunication industries.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. Other languages- advantage
