Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Petah Tikva. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, UX Design, Data Science, and Analytics, to develop and manage innovative products that deliver an exceptional user experience. You will focus on building user-centric, data-driven solutions that make a tangible impact on our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the product aligns with customer needs and company objectives.

- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure the product design prioritizes an exceptional, user-centered experience.

- Analyze usage data, user feedback, and business metrics to inform product decisions and prioritize features.

- Run experiments, gather insights, and leverage data-driven approaches to refine product features and improve user engagement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, roadmap, and goals.

- Communicate product progress and results effectively to senior management and cross-functional teams.

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to ensure our product remains innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

- Strong UX focus: Previous experience as a designer or significant involvement in a user-centric B2C product. You should be passionate about creating seamless, intuitive user experiences.

- Data-driven: Proven ability to use data analytics and experimentation to drive product decisions and product improvements.

- Excellent English communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both local and global teams, stakeholders, and customers in English.

- 2+ years of Product Management experience: Solid background in managing products, - with a strong desire to grow and learn more about the product development process.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to navigate complexity and make data-informed decisions.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
