Course Manager

Role Overview

As a Course Manager at Masterschool, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our training programs. You’ll collaborate closely with instructors, students, and curriculum architects to deliver high-quality educational experiences while maintaining operational excellence. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to solve problems under pressure, and a passion for improving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Prevent conflicts by managing and overseeing course schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Instructor Coordination: Assign instructors to sessions, address last-minute changes, and ensure smooth course delivery.
• Student Progress Tracking: Monitor and analyze student progress to enhance completion and satisfaction rates.
• Operational Support: Resolve live session issues and maintain operational continuity.
• Performance Monitoring: Report on course performance and collaborate with curriculum architects to implement improvement plans.
  
  

• At least 1 year of experience in course or project management (education or training experience is a bonus).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with instructors, mentors, and students.
• Results-Driven and passion for tracking metrics and improving outcomes.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage time effectively.
• On-site work: 5 days a week from our offices in TLV.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday, with availability required on Fridays for urgent matters.
