What You Will Do

• Act as the right hand to the VP of Business Operations, ensuring fast and efficient execution of strategic projects.
• Drive project oversight, keeping teams aligned and pushing for results.
• Enforce process adherence, operational discipline, and accountability across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and remove inefficiencies.
• Track project progress, generate reports, and provide leadership with execution insights.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination across Revenue, Finance, Product, HR, and IT.
• Spot potential issues and resolve them quickly—no unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Follow through on leadership decisions, ensuring tasks are executed and reported back.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.
• Strong project management and process execution skills.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and push for execution across teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Asana) and reporting tools (Excel, BI tools).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
