We are looking for a Plant Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our facility’s operations, including sales, engineering, production, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Full management of plant operations: sales, engineering, production, and customer service.

🔹 Business development and expansion within current activity sectors.

🔹 Establishing collaborations with engineering and planning companies.

🔹 Developing sales channels, with a strong focus on the defense industry.

🔹 Managing a budget of approximately 7M ILS and ensuring efficient allocation.

🔹 Overseeing engineering planning and production processes for various projects.

🔹 Working closely with finance, procurement, and HR systems.

🔹 Leading a team of engineers, production staff, and welders.

🔹 Reporting to the board and financial management team.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics.

✔️ At least 1-2 years of experience managing a plant (15+ employees).

✔️ Strong background in project and team management.

✔️ Financial acumen and budget management experience.

✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Priority, or similar planning and management tools.

✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset, innovation, and business-oriented thinking.

✔️ High-level English – an advantage for international environments.

✔️ Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and highly dedicated.
