Project Manager

We operate across New York, Austin, Nashville, and Tel Aviv and are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our Product Team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of customer pilots and deployments across both Vi Engage and Vi Activate. You will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project execution from kickoff to completion. This role requires a structured, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end management of customer pilots and deployments, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery according to pre defined gates.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, setting clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across R&D, Commercial, Analysts, Data Scientists, and QA teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
• Track and manage project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Establish clear communication channels with internal stakeholders and customers to provide updates, manage expectations, and address challenges.
• Drive post-launch monitoring to ensure project goals are met and gather insights for continuous improvement.
• Implement and optimize project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring follow-ups and accountability on action items.
• Maintain structured documentation and reporting for visibility into project status, risks, and outcomes.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or data-driven products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role, managing pilots or deployments for enterprise clients.
• Ability to analyze project challenges, problem-solve proactively, and drive decisions.
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal)—this is a must.
• Familiarity with project management tools
  
  

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or fitness industries.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
• Experience working in AI-powered SaaS solutions.
