Position Overview: As an MSL, you will serve as a vital link between our innovative research and the medical community. Your role will involve sharing important scientific data, educating healthcare professionals, and establishing strong, collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders. You’ll ensure that thought leaders have access to the latest information while also communicating their insights back to our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Contribution: Help drive our medical strategy by translating local plans into actionable engagement strategies with thought leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Data Analysis: Stay updated on the latest research and interpret interaction analytics to enhance our engagement with thought leaders.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships within your territory, acting as a trusted advisor to achieve mutual goals.
• Internal Support: Contribute to the development of Bayer’s medical educational programs and facilitate evidence generation aligned with our brand strategy.
• Medical Queries: Document and process medical information queries in alignment with our handling procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• A PhD, DVM, MD, or Clinical Pharmacist with a background in natural sciences, pharmacology, or medicine.
• Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field, particularly in ophthalmology, is a plus!
• A proactive and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in the field.
• A proven ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
