Abra is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Sales Executive to lead our growing financial sales team! This is a unique opportunity to join a leading tech company, manage strategic relationships with top-tier financial clients, and drive business growth with innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the financial sector (banks, insurance companies, credit unions, fintech).

✅ Lead the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.

✅ Deliver tailored technological solutions to business and technical decision-makers.

✅ Design and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.

✅ Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT leaders, business strategists).

✅ Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the financial sector.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field – MUST.

✔️ 12+ years of experience in technology sales with a strong focus on financial clients – MUST.

✔️ Proven track record of B2B/B2E sales success and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.

✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

✔️ Ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✔️ Fluent in Hebrew & English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):

🌟 MBA – Advantage.

🌟 Deep understanding of Israeli financial regulations related to data security and IT sovereignty.

🌟 Experience working with Fintech solutions and financial institutions
