Corporate Applications Lead

Description

SodaStream is looking for a Corporate Applications team Member to join our IT team and play a key role in managing and optimizing enterprise applications that support business operations.

This is not a managerial position.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance process efficiency.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of platforms and workflow automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Management & Support – Provide ongoing support and administration for corporate applications, ensuring smooth HR processes.
• System Optimization & Enhancement – Configure and improve workflow and business process applications to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Integration & Automation – Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate systems and automate processes, ensuring seamless data flow across applications.
• User Training & Documentation – Assist end-users by providing training, guidance, and documentation on best practices and system usage.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Stay up to date with emerging technologies, identify opportunities for enhancements, and drive system improvements.
  
  

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience, in managing and supporting corporate applications.
• Familiarity with corporate applications workflow, and business intelligence systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with system integration and automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
