Role Overview

As Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the General Counsel, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Legal Research & Compliance: Support product and service compliance, including privacy laws and FTC guidelines.
• Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, negotiate, and structure various contracts.
• Internal Advisory: Provide legal guidance on customer experience, product development, and company policies.
• Marketing & Partnerships Compliance: Review marketing materials and external communications for regulatory compliance.
• Product & Corporate Compliance: Monitor compliance for product launches, corporate policies, and customer support guidance.
  
  

• LLB (LLM is an advantage).
• 3-4 years of post-internship experience in commercial law at a top-tier law firm (US law firm is a plus) or as in-house counsel in a high-tech environment.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable handling a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment with dedication and a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency; US bar admission is a plus).
