We are hiring a Therapeutic Area Manager in the field of Rare Diseases

A unique opportunity to join a dynamic and challenging field role in the marketing of pharmaceuticals for rare diseases.

This position includes leading marketing processes from registration stages to launch and long-term brand management,

including budget management, setting sales targets, and developing a comprehensive marketing strategy.

Job Scope: Full-time field position, including travel across the country and abroad.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Managing and marketing prescription drugs to a target audience of doctors, pharmacists, and nurses from the pre-registration stage in Israel to launch and brand leadership in the following years.
• Budget management and setting sales targets.
• Developing a marketing strategy and producing marketing materials, including an internal approval chain.
• Managing interfaces with entities in Israel and abroad.
• Managing resources for product branding and expanding its activity.
• Market analysis and developing work plans.
• Managing relationships with key opinion leaders in the field.
• Introducing and implementing new products in the market (experience in the process of inclusion in the health basket - an advantage)

Job Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in product management and the process of inclusion in the health basket.
• Ability to work in a team and with parallel interfaces.
• Learning about various products in different fields and driving parallel processes.
• Experience in launching new products in the field - an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
• Very good English proficiency.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
