Developer and Technical Operations Specialist

Overview:

As a Technical Operations Specialist at Influencer Marketing AI, you will bridge the gap between our development team and operational systems. You will work directly with the CEO and various departments to maintain order, coordinate development tasks, and ensure that both our technical and operational priorities are met.

Your role combines technical oversight, project & process coordination, and direct quality assurance, all aimed at enhancing the overall product and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor system logs to detect and resolve issues in billing, credit usage, automations, and data integrity.
• Maintain updated records of database structures, server logs, and system documentation.

• Identify ways to reduce and better monitor token usage.
• Track platform usage via Mixpanel and report on key metrics.

• Assist the CEO in coordinating development tasks and maintaining order in our dev task management software (ClickUp).
• Ensure every task is logged, organized, and prioritized in ClickUp.
• Attend weekly development meetings, summarize discussions, and help insert tasks for the team.
• Act as a central point of contact for collecting and logging new priorities from marketing, support, billing, and other teams.

• Regularly meet or communicate with various teams (marketing, support, billing, etc.) to gather insights and ensure alignment on technical priorities.
• Ensure the entire team is effectively using ClickUp for task tracking and management.

• Conduct thorough UX/UI and overall QA reviews for every new feature.
• Provide actionable feedback to ensure that features meet high-quality standards before release.

• Engage in development work during available free time to address tasks that are not on the roadmap but are critical for product improvement.

• Brainstorm, independently or collaboratively, on new ideas and improvements for the product.
• Propose and test at least two new features or improvements monthly, documenting performance outcomes for further iteration.

• Participate in technical meetings with customers, providing platform demos and consultation on features.
• Assist API customers with onboarding and troubleshooting inquiries.

• Serve as the liaison between development and operational teams, ensuring that technical tasks received from various departments are effectively managed.

• List the top 3 completed technical milestones or system enhancements.
• For each, briefly describe what was accomplished and how it positively impacted overall operations.

• Detail key improvements in system performance or internal process efficiency.
• Identify 1-2 specific areas within system processes or tool integrations that require further enhancement.

• Outline the primary technical goals and initiatives planned for the upcoming month.
• Highlight any cross-department projects that will benefit from technical support.

Requirements:

• Strong background in technical operations, system monitoring, and software development processes.
• Experience with task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
