Security Researcher

An innovative cloud cybersecurity startup with a cloud-based security platform that integrates analytics for detecting and assessing cyber threats and uses technologies in Big Data and Machine Learning. The platform connects to all cloud environments, providing comprehensive protection to clients running workloads in the public cloud, with multi-layered defenses securing the cloud environment.

Located in Tel Aviv, within walking distance of the train station, and offers a hybrid work model (two days a week from home).

The company has 40 employees and was founded in 2022, with a strong financial foundation and a growing client base.

The role is part of the research team, reporting to the VP, and combines defensive research to identify potential attackers in various cloud environments. The role involves working closely with the R&D team, Machine Learning, and Data Scientists, including work in a multi-cloud environment and the development of an attack simulator.

Requirements-

• An inventive, determined, and proactive mindset
• BSc degree or equivalent training from the army
• 7+ years of experience in security research from industry/army.
• Hands-on experience in different cloud security vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Vast knowledge of penetration testing methodologies.
• Proven experience with cloud-native penetration testing and/or incident response.
• Excellent data analytic skills of Cloud management logs and network traffic logs with the ability to understand patterns of attacks.
• Experience in Python or another scripting language.
