Ephoca is a forward-thinking company focused on delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our on-site team, bringing strong visual storytelling, branding expertise, and creative leadership to our projects.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-level design concepts across print, digital, and motion graphics. This role requires expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, with a foundational understanding of Figma for digital design tasks. You will collaborate closely with the Art Director and other teams to create compelling, brand-aligned visuals.

• Lead the design and execution of branding, marketing, and advertising materials.
• Develop high-quality layouts for print and digital assets.
• Create motion graphics and animations using After Effects.
• Maintain and evolve Ephoca’s brand identity across multiple platforms.
• Work on packaging, editorial, and promotional designs as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align visual messaging.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
• Use basic Figma skills for UI/UX design elements when necessary.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Basic understanding of Figma for digital design.
• Strong expertise in branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphic design, and motion work.

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or related fields.
• Experience in both print and digital design.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an agency or in-house creative team.
