System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and innovative System Administrator to advance our IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in driving our IT strategy by optimizing our Office 365 environment, enhancing our network and security systems, and providing exceptional support to our internal teams. What will you do?

Systems & Infrastructure Enhancement:

 * Analyze and understand current IT systems and company needs.

 * Implement, manage, and optimize our advanced Office 365 environment.

Networking & Security Management:

 * Maintain and improve our networking and security environment

 * Oversee IT security protocols to ensure robust data protection and compliance.

IT Support & Collaboration: 

 * Provide our internal teams with IT support

 * Leverage Office 365 and cloud-based tools to boost team productivity.

Innovation & Automation:

 * Automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

 * Lead cross-functional IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.

What will you bring?

 * Minimum 6 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.

 * Experience in cloud technologies and digital transformation projects.

 * Proven expertise in implementing and managing Office 365, including advanced    features.

 * Deep knowledge in Intune, 365 Security and advanced 365 capabilities

 * Troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies (firewalls, switches).

 * Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) to automate tasks and improve efficiency. an advantage

 * Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional IT initiatives.

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within the team and across departments.

•  * MCSA/MCSE/MCITP/CCNA certification or equivalent experience. an advantage
