Mobile Activity Lead

Location: Remote (with a few working days in Raanana/Tel Aviv offices)

Ad-Experience is looking for a Mobile Activity Lead to drive growth and strategy in our mobile performance division. In this leadership role, you will own the P&L, manage account management and business development teams, and oversee strategic partnerships to accelerate the company’s success.

• Manage and optimize the P&L for the mobile division, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Lead and mentor teams of Account Managers and Business Development professionals to maximize performance.
• Develop and scale strategic partnerships with key industry players.
• Define and execute the mobile growth strategy, leveraging data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align business objectives.

• Proven experience in mobile user acquisition, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in account management and business development.
• Deep understanding of mobile advertising, UA strategies, and P&L management.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to drive high-value partnerships.
• Ability to work remotely while being available for in-office days in Raanana/Tel Aviv.
