Responsibilities

IT Systems Management:

• Manage Windows-based work environments, including Active Directory, GPO, and workstation support.
• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and related applications.
• Install and maintain Linux servers, including various distributions such as Ubuntu, CentOS, and Red Hat, for diverse needs like dedicated servers, enterprise applications, and development environments.
• Manage virtualization systems (VMware) for resource optimization and management.
• Maintain backup systems (BackupExec) to ensure data availability and integrity.

Data Storage Management:

• Manage and oversee the NetApp-based storage system, including performance, capacity, and data security.

Information Security and Network:

• Implement and manage information security protocols in accordance with company standards and policies.
• Manage communication infrastructures, including telephony, internal networks, and remote connection solutions (VPN).
• Operate switches and ensure the proper functioning of the organizational network.
• Understand communication protocols and IP addresses for troubleshooting and network planning.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to company employees in diverse work environments.
• Solve technical problems in real-time and ensure the availability of company systems.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a small organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including user management and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with VMware, Linux servers, and NetApp Storage.
• Familiarity with BackupExec or similar backup systems.
• Knowledge of information security and communication management, firewalls, VPN, and networks.
