Finance and Operations Manager

Privash Ltd. is a family-owned holdings company with a diverse and growing portfolio spanning Israel, Italy, and the US. We’re seeking a proactive Finance and Operations Manager to join our tight-knit team, driving our financial success and supporting our international operations.

As our Finance and Operations Manager, you’ll oversee our financial health and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll manage finances across multiple countries, handle operational tasks like managing real estate partnerships in Italy, and work closely with the owner to support our real estate projects. This is a hands-on role with significant international exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight:

• Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and foreign exchange across Israel, Italy, and the US.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational standards.
• Manage real estate revenues (e.g., rent) and expenses (e.g., taxes, insurance).
• Collaborate with the company’s legal, accounting, and tax advisors.

Operational Duties:

• Travel to Italy (~10 trips/year) for on-site meetings with colleagues, contractors and tenants.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate with local stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain structured workflows for financial and operational processes.
• Provide hands-on support to the owner, handling urgent tasks and maintaining constant communication.

Qualifications

• CPA certification (required).
• Approximately 5 years of finance experience, ideally in real estate or investments.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English; Italian is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to travel internationally, primarily to Italy.
