System & Networking Engineer

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will be Member of the System Team that is part of the R&D group.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, upgrade, and design the company’s network infrastructure (Linux servers, Network services, VPNs, ESXi servers, Security solutions, Monitoring. etc.)
• Maintain the entire Linux environment of the company
• Provide the best IT solutions that suites the needs and demand of the different departments
• Design highly secured systems based on an extensive threat model
• Working with the research, development, and DevOps teams across the R&D group to make sure that infrastructure meets the needs of company’s R&D teams
• Implementing security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions in the market
  
  

• At least 2 years with hands on Linux administration
• Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment
• Deep understanding of networks and hands on experience in large scale environments.
• Experience working with Virtualization systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience working with Automation tools such as Ansible, python, bash scripting, etc.- Advantage
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Advantage
• Configuring VPN’s solutions, and maintaining - Advantage
