We are looking for a sharp and ambitious Recruiter / Headhunter to join our team on a contract basis in Tel Aviv, Israel. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top executives and key decision-makers, identifying and attracting high-caliber professionals for strategic positions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and headhunting top talent across multiple industries
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborating closely with executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
• Leveraging advanced recruitment tools and platforms for talent acquisition

🔹 Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience in recruitment/headhunting, preferably in executive or strategic roles

✔ Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

✔ Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations in Israel

✔ Experience in real estate, aviation, capital markets, energy, or infrastructure sectors – a plus

✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – preferred
